Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Garner Town Council at 7 p.m. on Monday, October 7, 2019, to consider the following applications.
Please Note: The Garner Town Council will meet in the Council Chambers located in the Town of Garner Town Hall located at 900 7th Avenue, Garner, NC 27529.
Conditional Use Rezoning with Conditional Use Site Plan:
CUD-Z-19-05 Thompson Business Park – 1529 Properties, LLC is requesting conditional use rezoning for 33.77 acres from Service Business (SB) and Single-Family Residential (R-20) to Service Business Conditional Use (SB C218) and Single-Family Residential 9 Conditional Use (R-9 C218). A conditional use subdivision request accompanies this rezoning. (MAP HERE)
CUP-SB-19-02 Thompson Business Park – TMTLA Associates is requesting conditional use subdivision approval for an industrial subdivision. The site is located at 1530, 15032, 1518, & 1506 W. Garner Road and can be further identified as Wake County PIN(s) 1711-17-7822, 1711-27-1892, 1711-37-1783, & 1711-17-7351.
Planned Development Rezoning and Master Plan:
PD-Z-19-04 Raynor Road Subdivision – Clayton Properties Group, Inc is requesting a planned development rezoning from Single-Family Residential (R-20) to Planned Residential Development (PRD C-9) Conditional Use. A planned development master plan accompanies this rezoning request. (MAP HERE)
PD-MP-19-04 Raynor Road Subdivision – Clayton Properties Group, Inc is requesting a planned development master plan approval for a subdivision containing 333 units (105 single-family and 288 townhomes). The 99-acre site is located at 5901 Raynor Rd and can be further identified as Wake County PIN 1639-58-3019.
